Hello to all,

is it possible to create a multipage tiff file as outputformat from the genero Reportwriter?

we want to use tiff files to archive Printed Reports ist there any possibilty by default?

No, TIFF is not in the list of currently supported output formats.
You would have to create the multi page tiff with the help of other tools. I had a quick look on Google. Apparently there is a tool called "tiffcp" that can be used to create multi page tiffs from single page tiffs. For the creation of the single page tiff the name of a progam "convert" from the imagemagic package is mentioned in several threads.

Good Morning Alex,

thanks for your answer. In this case it's better to convert a pdf to tiff there are thousands of tools that can do this stuff.
We have to look what we can do and what is praticable.

Best way get the tiff out of the report writer ;-) Do you see any possibilities that FourJs can implement TIFF Output feature in the Report Writer?
So i would make a feature request if you see the possibility.
