Hi,

Sometimes we receive error "Internal Server Error" and we need to restart fastcgidispatch (pkill fastcgidispatch) ...

Our configuration is :

SunOS alfa2 5.10 Generic_147440-23 sun4u sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise

fastcgidispatch 2.50.18 build-134114
FastCGI Dispatcher
Target s640900

html5proxy 2.50.18 build-134114
HTML5 Client Proxy
Target s640900

Server version: Apache/2.2.27 (Unix)
Server built:   Jun 23 2014 20:53:59
Server's Module Magic Number: 20051115:33
Server loaded:  APR 1.5.0, APR-Util 1.5.3
Compiled using: APR 1.5.0, APR-Util 1.5.3
Architecture:   64-bit
Server MPM:     Worker
  threaded:     yes (fixed thread count)
    forked:     yes (variable process count)

Can anyone help about this ?

Hello Benjamin,

I would recommend you to address this issue directly to your support center.

BTW, it would probably be preferable that you send all the log files rather than some extracts (we may also be interested by what happens before the error occurs).
