In particular what the following can do ...
fglcomp --tag="Version=X.Y.Z" filename.4gl
and
fglcomp --timestamp filename.4gl

and the difference in output between
fglrun -b filename.42m
fglrun -b program.42r

Note that a .42r is not an executable.
