[ANNOUNCE] Genero Enterprise 3.20 - GAS Maintenance Release

Genero Enterprise 3.20 - Genero Application  Server 3.20.09  Maintenance Release

Hi everyone,

We recently encountered a security issue with GBC applications deployed with GAS or JGAS.

We highly recommend production systems to upgrade to prevent these security issues.
To be effective, you need to apply both instructions:
Upgrade GAS to latest versions 3.20.09 or 3.10.15.
GAS 3.00 versions are not impacted.
Patch GBC applications with the patches in attachments
For JGAS users that have GBC applications in production, please contact support@4js.com.


In attachements, in the gbc-patches.tgz:
GBC-from_1.00.38_to_1.00.51.patch
GBC-since_1.00.52.patch

For GBC versions 1.00.38 to 1.00.51 use GBC-from_1.00.38_to_1.00.51.patch.
For GBC versions above 1.00.52 use GBC-since_1.00.52.patch

To apply the patch:
- copy the patch in <gbc_project_dir>
- git apply GBC-xxx.patch
- grunt
Test with a browser in incognito/private mode to avoid cache issues.

The version is now downloadable from the web site : https://4js.com/download/products/.

Note : All Four Js Genero customers under maintenance have free access to the new release.

Genero Enterprise 3.00 - Genero Application  Server 3.00.45  Maintenance Release

Four Js is pleased to announce a Maintenance Release of Genero Application Server (GAS) Client 3.00.45.

These versions include the following fixes :

Notes :
- GBC 1.00.57 (including security fixes) requires GAS 3.00.45, GAS 3.10.15 or GAS 3.20.09.
