As usually, you can now download packages and check the documentation here:

You can refer to the “What’s new in 3.20” and “Upgrading” section of the documentation to get more detailed
information about these functionalities and others. We invite you to test the new features, and if your bugs reported in this EAP 3.20 have been fixed.
