For web service clients that we program in BDL, that access non-BDL encrypted websites,  what are the directories that the BDL searches for SSL certificates?
I have done an "export FGLWSDEBUG=3" and it appears to search in /etc/pki/tls/certs/, then $FGLDIR/web_utilities/certs and then what you have defined in fglprofile.
I just want to get clarity on this to help in the future when we need to analyze certificates or CA Lists that need to be updated for web services.
