Good morning,

after updating osx to version 13 GDC 3.1 doesn't work anymore and when I try to install 3.2 or 4.1 it doesn't work because it says it can't check for malware and that you need to contact the developer.

How should I proceed?

Have a read of https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mh40616/mac.  I normally do the Note: at the bottom

We are endeavouring to get it so this is not needed.
