Hi,
we are using a dynamic created top menu to start our programs.
Opening a menu the menu entires are displayed very fast.
If we display a backgroundimage with 
f.e    <StyleAttribute name="backgroundImage" value="antas_logo.jpg" />
the menu is reacs quit slowly to show the entries.
If we switch the menu to a tree-menu it reacts normally.
The image we are using is about 35kb.

Any idea ?

Hi Stefan,

I tested with an image about 45 kb and didn't notice any lag (GDC 2.11.09).
What is your GDC version? How many entries does your TopMenu contain ?

By chance, would it be possible to get a small sample which shows the issue ?
