Good evening,

I inserted the use of fglritchtext into a form which works correctly on my server.

Once I have sent the forms and the form to one of my client's servers, the form opens correctly but remains completely blank.

The two servers have the same version of fourjs on the server side and client side.

How can I understand where the problem lies?

Thanks
Fabio T.

Can anyone tell me how to debug this component to understand where the problem is?

See this page on debugging web components https://4js.com/online_documentation/fjs-fgl-manual-html/#fgl-topics/c_fgl_webcomponent_debug.html

Otherwise if you are under maintenance, raise a case with your local support.  They are going to want to know what front-end you are using GDC,GBC, GMI, GMA etc, what the versions of front-end and back-end are.  It may also pay to check environment variables, GDC cache (if using GDC), and that your graphics driver is upto date.
