ERROR not sounding in GBC

How do we make ERROR beep in GBC?  It does in GDC.

I know you also had a support call, but for others reading this, there was a case created to look at implementing this https://4js.com/support/issue/?id=GBC-3674.  It would probably be something enabled/disabled by a theme variable or style or fglprofile  as there have plenty of cases over the years with GDC to not have the beep.

It is also possible with a little GBC customisation to play a sound without requiring a sound file which I document in a recent Ask Reuben article here https://4js.com/ask-reuben/ig-131/
