Hi,

For those of you at last years Genero World Wide Developer Conference (https://4js.com/2019-explore-a-sanctuary-for-the-senses-at-wwdc-19/) or are following us on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/fourjsdevtools/) you maybe aware that I have been publishing a series of articles under the “Ask Reuben” banner.  You can find these articles, and a little introduction here https://4js.com/ask-reuben/.

I have now added a forum board http://4js.com/fjs_forum/index.php?board=26.0 and will be adding a thread in this board for every Ask Reuben article.  Any comments or follow-up questions to an article you can ask in this forum sub-board.

Your support contact should always be your first point of contact, but if you do have any ideas for new questions or topics email to ask-reuben@4js.com.  I do read through the support questions that are asked in the support portal from around the world to get a good idea of issues that are common to multiple developers.  To date I have been concentrating on Genero language issues but will soon be doing some articles on GBC Customisation, GRW, GST etc.

I will add a thread for every article to date and will hopefully turn off notifications whilst doing this so that you don’t get bombarded with notifications.  When done I will reply to this post letting you know that there is a thread for every article.

I hope you are all keeping safe and well.

... it turns out that I cannot disable notifications for individual posts like I'd hoped.  So rather than bombarding you with 24 posts in a single day, I will do one new post a day here in the forums until I have caught up.  In these interesting times you might appreciate the extra reading material.
