Dear Customers,


The Support request portal for Four Js Asia and Four Js Europe will not be available tomorrow Wednesday April 26th between 08:30am and 11:30am (CEST).

We are carrying out an update to the latest version of JIRA that supports the portal.

All going well we estimate that the process should take no longer than an hour. However, we are scheduling a three hour window just in case.


We will communicate progress to you in this forum's topics.
