fglwsdl over https

Hi.

Any plans of allowing fglwsdl to use https? Now (even in 2.20) you get:

> fglwsdl -V
fglwsdl 2.20.00-alpha build-64682

ERROR : Unsupported protocol 'https'.

Nothing is planned yet. I've added you to the list of requestor for BZ#10175: Retrieve WSDL in https.

A workaround to this, is to download the WSDL on the disk, as well as the related schema if requested.
