Hello,

Oracle announced that Oracle 21c End of Premier Support has been changed to 2025,
so FourjS will still support Oracle 21c for 2024.

 Operating Systems and Databases de-supported in 2024



    Due to the end for support of some operating systems, databases, and third-party tools by their providers,
Four Js will stop the support of the following platforms, and databases for all versions of Genero:


The operating Systems
  • Linux Red Hat Enterprise 7 -> Red Hat support will end the support on June 30th 2024
  • Oracle Linux 7 -> Oracle support will end the support on December 2024
  • CentOS 7.7 ARM AArch64 -> CentOS support will end the support on June 30th 2024
  • Suse Enterprise Linux 12 -> Suse support will end the support on October 31th 2024

The databases
  • Oracle 21c -> Oracle will end the support on April 30th 2024
  • PostgreSQL 12 -> PostgreSQL will end the support on November 14th 2024
  • MariaDB 10.4 -> MariaDB will end the support on June 18th 2024

Starting from the next maintenance release of Genero Mobile for Android Client 4.01.xx, the versions of Android prior to 8.x will no more be supported when using Genero Mobile for Android Client.

FourJs is also currently working on the build of new packages for Linux and MacOS ARM .

Hi.
First: the new portal doesn't permit the creation of a new account.
Second: The only way to log-in was using the on-premise account and the password-lost procedure.
Third: When I try to reply to a support message received by e-mail the new portal redirect me to a new support request instead of entering to the support thread.

It seems my history has been lost or the new portal is defective.

There is anybody having similar problems ?

Hi

When asking questions and working with GBC you will need to pay attention and specify the version you are using.

From the screenshot it looks like a 3.2x FGL version using a 1.00.XX GBC version.

If you look at the How Do I section of the 1.00 GBC documentation https://4js.com/online_documentation/fjs-gbc-1.00-manual-html/howdoi/index.html you will see two entries "Display or hide the sidebar", "Customize the Chrome Bar", so you will need to figure out how to do GBC customisation.

In the 4.x FGL and GBC, hiding the sidebar or hiding the Application List as it is now known can be done with a .4st presentation style

Hi,
I'm new in using GAS and GBC and I wonder if it is possible to remove (or not display) the display part of the settings menu as well as the part on the left which displays the tree structure.
See attached image.

You can now access the new support portal:   

You must go to https://4js.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals 

And create a new Atlassian account with the same email address as for the previous portal. 

Why? 

Because your previous support tickets have been owned by your previous email address, if you change your email address you will not find your support ticket history.

Dear customers,

The data migration has been done from the previous portal to the new cloud.

Today, from 14:00 (UTC+1) until around 16:00 (UTC +1), we will close the support portal and email. We must update the accounts from the old to the new server and add some parameters.

Exceptionally, during that time, support centers will be down. For an emergency problem, you can call the support cell phone at +33 6 43 93 13 81.

I will inform you when the support portal will be available again.
