Title: Isapi and IIS8

Does anyone have a more concise guide as to how to get the ISAPI extensions into IIS8 (installing ISAPI). Following the Genero manual on how to do it doesn't lead anywhere. google isn't turning up a TechNet Article for IIS8 and ISAPI. I am currently trying to move from using Fastcgi on an apache server, to moving to windows server 2012 R2 with IIS8.
