Title: Screen record in managed Form
Post by: . on June 13, 2012, 07:58:38 am
Hi,
how can I change the order of a screen record in a managed form (.4fd).  In a .per-File it's no problem, but I have changed it in a 4fd-File and now the order is fix.

best regards
Johanna Koechert

Hello Johana,

In Genero Studio when the 4fd is open, you have a box named : "Form Structure" -

You can drag and drop the screen record item where you would like.

Is that you did ?

In Genero Studio when the 4fd is open, you have a box named : "Form Structure" -

If you don't see a box named "Form Structure", do the following ...

Select the 4fd in the Main Editor Window
From the "Window" menu, select "Views" you should then see an entry "Form Structure", make sure it has a tick next to it.

You can drag and drop the screen record item where you would like.

... you do have to have fine control over where you drop the screen record item.  As you drag it up and down, most of the time you will see the circle with a line indicating that you can't drop the item here.  If you drag slowly, when you are inbetween items, the circle will disappear and there will be a thin blank line indicating that you can drop the item here.
