Title: Feature Request - add attribute to TIMEEDIT widget to customise displayed time
Post by: Bryce S. on November 12, 2008, 12:06:11 am
Hi,

Went to use a TIMEEDIT widget for the first time today, but could not make it do what I wanted.
I was wanting to only display hours and minutes in 24hr format. I see that it returns time in 24 hour format to a char field which is nice, and I can trim it to only seconds by setting the length of my char field.

However, the default display seems to be hh:mm:ss am/pm.

Can the TIMEEDIT be given a display attribute to specify precision (hours, minutes, seconds) and whether 24hr or am/pm format please.

Regards,
  Bryce Stenberg.

Best regards,

Hey Christine,

Just ran into same issue about TIMEEDIT not being able to format as HH:MM only.
I'm happy there is a feature request already in place.

We are presently on fgl version 2.11.14
Can you tell me if this feature has been implemented yet and if so, in which version?
If not, do you have an estimate or plan for which version will get it?

Thanks,
