There is also a black screen on every page in help document (screenshot attached) Any thoughts how to get rid of black screens and enable helpdocs? Thanks in advance! They would need to know the Studio version, your O/S version, and any steps you have performed in installing and in this particular case uninstalling a previous version. To help them out give them the numbers SUPNA-4622, SUP-23835, this will enable them to give you the resolution steps, but given that at least three people have ended up in this position, we should figure out how you got there.
