Title: Windows focus problem Post by: Paul C. on January 15, 2009, 04:18:19 pm We have a problem on one particular PC where when a Genero window is launched, it appears to in focus, i.e. the title bar is darker than the other windows and the cursor is flashing in the first input box, however, it is not possible to enter any text before clicking on the window.
Additionally, if there is a window from another application already open, the Genero window will open behind the existing window. Finally, if there is a window from another application already open but there is also an existing Genero window which is in focus, any new Genero will be opened on top but still won't be in focus. We've only ever seen this happen on one other PC and that corrected itself overnight. These are the versions involved: Server AIX 5.2 Genero 1.33.1g PC Windows XP Proffesional 2002 SP3 Client 1.33.1u - 293.199:1 Has anyone else encountered and resolved this problem? Paul. |
