In the previous article, I covered some key terminology with Genero Web Services.  In this article I am going to show how to create a very basic Web Service and then interact with it.  Using some of the terminology from that article, I will initially be creating a RESTful Web Service using the high-level framework.  I will create both the server/provider and client/consumer sides.
