I don't know about others but we seem to be increasingly asked if our Genero application suite can be implemented as a clustered server solution (on windows). In the majority of cases this is two servers sat side by side where the customers are expecting their running applications to survive (in the worse case scenario) a total hardware failure. We also have at least one customer who would like the option to have their clustered servers at geographically remote locations. Hopefully application fault tolerance is something that can be addressed in a future version. Cheers, David |
