Dear customers,

We are pleased to announce the availability of a new Maintenance Release of Genero Report Engine (GRE) 1.00.16

This version is now downloadable from the web site :  https://4js.com.

Changes :

The GRE licensing was updated: Entering a GRE license is not required anymore if you are using GRE with a
Genero FGL 2.20 under maintenance. You only need to make sure that your Genero FGL has a valid maintenance key.

Best regards,

Four J.s Development Tools

If you have a valid maintenance key associated with your FGL you shouldn't need to seperately license GRE.

  https://4js.com/online_documentation/fjs-gst-2.32.01-manual-install-html/GRWLicense.html

Check that FGLDIR is set correctly in your environment when installing GRE so that it can see your existing license.  If it is set correctly, check the maintenance expiry date on your license (fglWrt -a info license) is correct.

PS This is probably a support issue but its a public holiday in France so you might not get a quick response from there

PPS You probably ought to have created a new thread rather than replying to this old thread.
